Zap! is a WWW-to-Z39.50 gateway. Originally written by Sebastian Hammer of IndexData, it is now being maintained and distributed by the Advanced Search Facility. Zap! is highly configurable, and handles multiple Z39.50 sessions simultaneously. It may be run as either a CGI script or built as a module for the Apache http server.
